Blake Lively has reignited her legal battle with It Ends With Us co-star and director Justin Baldoni,

claiming he asked her an inappropriate question about her sex life with husband Ryan Reynolds.

The allegations surfaced in an amended complaint filed Tuesday,

in which Lively also reiterated claims of sexual harassment that allegedly took place during the filming of the movie.

According to the complaint, Baldoni, 41, attempted to convince Lively, 37, to perform a simulated orgasm on camera, despite her previous objections.

The Gossip Girl alum further claims that Baldoni used a personal anecdote about his own sex life in an effort to persuade her to keep the scene in the film.

Lively Alleges Baldoni Asked About Her Sex Life with Ryan Reynolds

Lively’s complaint details an alleged conversation in which Baldoni tried to argue in favor of a scene where their characters climax together. The filing states that Baldoni told Lively it was “important” to keep the moment in the film because he and his wife “climax simultaneously during intercourse.”

The complaint further alleges that Baldoni then directly asked Lively if she and Reynolds experienced the same, which she found “intrusive” and refused to discuss.

Lively and Baldoni had previously agreed to remove a different intimate scene from the film, according to the filing. However, Baldoni allegedly made a “last-ditch attempt” to keep one in which their characters orgasm together.

Further Allegations of On-Set Misconduct

The amended lawsuit also details other alleged incidents of inappropriate behavior by Baldoni during production.

Lively claims that in one scene, where she and Baldoni were supposed to be dancing without dialogue, he added kissing that had not been discussed or approved by her or an intimacy coordinator.

Baldoni has since released raw footage of the scene, denying any misconduct took place.

Additionally, Lively alleges she was asked to film a birthing scene partially nude under conditions that she described as “chaotic, crowded, and utterly lacking in standard industry protections.”

According to the complaint, Baldoni and his co-producer Jamey Heath “failed to close the set” during the scene. This allegedly resulted in non-essential crew members passing through while Lively was “partially nude from below the chest down, with her legs spread wide in stirrups and only a small piece of fabric covering her genitalia.”

She further claims that she had to make “multiple requests” before being provided with anything to cover herself between takes.

Allegations Against Jamey Heath

In addition to Baldoni’s alleged behavior, Lively’s complaint accuses co-producer Jamey Heath of showing her a video of his wife giving birth naked.

According to the filing, Lively initially “thought” the video was pornography. However, Baldoni has strongly denied this claim in his countersuit, arguing that the video was “a (non-pornographic) recording of Heath’s wife and baby during a home birth—a deeply personal one with no sexual overtone.”

Baldoni has taken legal action of his own, filing a $400 million defamation and extortion lawsuit against Lively, Reynolds, and their publicist, Leslie Sloane. He claims the allegations against him are “patently absurd.”

Claims of Inappropriate Comments to Younger Co-Stars

Lively’s complaint also includes an allegation that Baldoni made an inappropriate remark to two younger actors on set.

She claims that after a scene depicting a character’s first sexual experience was filmed, Baldoni allegedly told the actors, “I know I’m not supposed to say this, but that was hot.” He also allegedly asked, “Did you two practice this before?”

The actors in question—Isabela Ferrer and Alex Neustaedter—have not publicly commented on the allegations.

Support and Pushback

Brandon Sklenar, who played Lively’s other love interest in It Ends With Us, has publicly supported her in the past. In December, he urged fans to read Lively’s initial complaint with the California Civil Rights Department.

Meanwhile, Baldoni and his legal team continue to push back against Lively’s claims. His lawyer, Bryan Freedman, criticized the amended complaint, stating:

“Our clients have been transparent in providing receipts, real-time documents, and video showing a completely different story than what has been manipulated and cherry-picked to the media.”

Freedman also called the latest allegations “underwhelming” and full of “unsubstantiated hearsay” from unnamed sources.

“Since documents do not lie and people do, the upcoming depositions of those who initially supported Ms. Lively’s false claims and those who are witnesses to her own behavior will be enlightening,” Freedman concluded. “What is truly uncomfortable here is Ms. Lively’s lack of actual evidence.”

Ongoing Legal Feud

The dispute between Lively and Baldoni has escalated into a bitter legal battle, with both sides accusing the other of misconduct and defamation.

While Lively insists that she and other women on set were subjected to uncomfortable and inappropriate situations, Baldoni has portrayed her allegations as part of an orchestrated attempt to damage his career.

As the legal fight continues, the controversy surrounding It Ends With Us remains a major talking point in Hollywood, with no clear resolution in sight.
