Justin Baldoni is speaking out for the first time since the legal battle with his *It Ends With Us* co-star Blake Lively erupted into public view. 

One month after Lively accused him of sexual harassment and filing a social media smear campaign against her, Baldoni has maintained his calm demeanor, 

especially as the legal drama continues to unfold. 

On Friday, January 17, 2025, the actor and director was spotted at Los Angeles International Airport, where he appeared unfazed by the ongoing legal proceedings. 

Baldoni, 40, was with his wife, Emily Baldoni, and their two children, daughter Maiya, 9, and son Maxwell, 7. 

As he walked through the terminal, the *Jane the Virgin* star smiled and spoke to a paparazzo. 

In a brief exchange, Baldoni expressed gratitude, saying, “We’re grateful to be with the family, man,” and added that he was leaning on “amazing friends and family and faith” during this difficult period.

Dressed casually in a black hoodie and a matching New York Yankees cap, Baldoni looked like he was in a good mood despite the turmoil surrounding him. The outing marked his first public appearance since Lively filed multiple lawsuits against him. This was followed by a legal filing on Thursday, January 16, 2025, in which Baldoni sued not only Lively but also her husband, actor Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist, Leslie Sloane, for $400 million. The response from Lively’s legal team was quick, labeling Baldoni’s counterclaims as “another chapter in the abuser playbook.”

The tension between the two actors dates back to the premiere of *It Ends With Us* in August 2024, when the two seemed to avoid each other publicly. While Lively was photographed on the red carpet, Baldoni was notably absent from any group shots with the cast, sparking rumors of a rift between them.
