Michael Strahan from GMA left The Kelly Clarkson Show host stunned when he revealed that he HAD ONCE CHE@TED on a show: “I later went to apologize to the producer.”

Michael Strahan has proven time and time again that he is a man of many talents, from being an NFL Hall of Famer to a beloved television personality.

However, during a recent appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Strahan made a bold and humorous assumption about television hosts—

especially those who helm game shows like himself.

Strahan, who has been the host of The $100,000 Pyramid since 2016, joined comedian Roy Wood Jr. for a fun, parody version of the show called The 100,000 Doll Hair Pyramid.

The lighthearted segment quickly turned into a hilarious moment of self-reflection for Strahan,

who admitted that while he may be a great host, he isn’t necessarily the best player.

“Those Who Can’t Do, Host”

As the game kicked off, Strahan surprised the audience with a candid admission. “I’ll be honest with you, I’m not good at this game,” he said. “I host it.”

He then playfully modified a well-known phrase about teaching, stating, “Those who can’t do, host. That’s what I figured out.”

His remark left the audience laughing, and Wood quickly chimed in with a response of his own. “Well, we both host,” Wood said. “So alright, this is gonna be weird. Y’all might win nothing.”

Despite setting low expectations for himself, Strahan quickly proved that he wasn’t as bad as he claimed.

Strahan Surprises Everyone with His Quick Thinking

Strahan wasted no time getting into the game, and to everyone’s amusement, he turned out to be quite the competitor. As Wood gave clues, Strahan responded with impressive accuracy.

“Cabbage Patch Kids,” he guessed correctly without hesitation.

“To infinity…” Wood prompted.

“Buzz Lightyear,” Strahan answered in an instant.

Then, with almost no clue given, Strahan somehow blurted out, “Barbie!” leaving both himself and Wood in shock.

“I was gonna say Ryan Gosling,” Wood admitted, referring to the actor’s recent role as Ken in Barbie.

Strahan, equally surprised at his own skills, laughed and responded, “I don’t even know how I did that. I just felt it on your face, man.”

The winning streak continued when Wood hinted, “Is it a vegetable, baked…” and Strahan quickly replied, “Mr. Potato Head.”

However, his luck soon ran out when faced with a more challenging clue.

The Clue That Left Strahan Stumped

Wood then threw out the next challenge: “They ugly and they got all the crazy hair.”

Strahan was left guessing wildly, rattling off answers like, “Not a Smurf, it’s a gremlin. It’s a gnome.”

As the audience chuckled, Wood tried to help by adding, “They live under a bridge—Billy Goat Gruff under a bridge.”

Strahan, still struggling, responded, “I told you I’m awful at this game. I know I can see him,” as Wood launched into a hilarious impersonation of the mystery character.

“I’m a creature!” Wood exclaimed, attempting to lead Strahan to the answer.

Strahan, still unsure, guessed, “A gremlin!” but it wasn’t the right answer.

“No, bedazzled belly button,” Wood added, giving yet another clue.

Strahan then threw out, “The Lucky Charms dude?” still missing the mark.

Wood continued to guide him, saying, “No, like a leprechaun.” Then, after one final hint—“Not a bowl but a…”—Strahan finally had his lightbulb moment.

“Troll!” he exclaimed, earning cheers from the audience.

A Winning Moment for Strahan and the Audience

Despite his self-deprecating joke about game show hosts not necessarily being good players, Strahan managed to entertain the audience with his charm and quick wit. While he may have struggled with the troll clue, his impressive performance earlier in the game proved that he’s more than just a host—he’s a competitor, too.

Strahan’s hilarious take on hosting and his ability to laugh at himself once again showed why he is one of the most beloved personalities on television. Whether he’s leading Good Morning America, hosting The $100,000 Pyramid, or competing in a parody game, one thing is certain—Michael Strahan knows how to put on a show.
